Due to the nature of the business selling thrifted items, we do not accept returns on clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories.

Please remember, thrifted items have been loved by a previous owner, but are usually in good shape with enough life left to be useful to a new owner, unless otherwise stated.

We do our best to describe an item’s condition as accurately as possible and always disclose any flaws.

Condition rating:

• Good: Light wear, minor imperfections but still in good condition

• Mint condition: Gently worn but still looks new

• Brand new: The item has never been worn, no signs of wear, sometimes with original tags or packaging
